Handmade Concrete Products

All sales are final.
Since each piece is handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can help make it right.

Workshops & Private Events

Workshop bookings are non-refundable.
If you can’t make your workshop, you may reschedule once for another date if you reach out at least 48 hours before your session. No-shows cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Private event deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date and time. Your remaining balance is due the day of the event.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged or with some unexpected issues, we're here to make things right. Just shoot us an email at hello@ivymaneshop.com, and we'll swing into action.
