Workshop FAQ

What types of classes do you offer?

We offer a rotating schedule of hands-on creative workshops, including concrete pouring, leather journal making, candle pouring, painting, and other seasonal craft experiences. Our offerings may change month to month, so we recommend checking the calendar for the most up-to-date classes.

When do classes open for registration?

Classes typically open on the 15th of each month for the following month.
Due to high demand, we occasionally release additional seats or add extra class dates, which will be announced on our website and Instagram.

How do I sign up for a class?

All classes are booked directly through our website calendar. Once registration opens, you’ll be able to select your class and reserve your spot online.

Do you offer waitlists?

At this time, we do not have a formal waitlist. If a class is sold out, we recommend checking back periodically, as spots may open due to cancellations. We also often add additional seats or sessions based on demand.

Can I come to a class by myself?

Absolutely! Many guests attend solo. Our classes are designed to be welcoming, relaxed, and social—whether you come alone or with friends.

Do I need prior experience?

No experience is necessary. All of our workshops are beginner-friendly, and our instructors will guide you through each step.

How long are classes?

Most classes run 60–120 minutes, depending on the project. Private parties are typically 2 hours.

What’s included in the class?

All materials, tools, and instruction are included unless otherwise noted. You’ll leave with the piece(s) you create ( concrete items require later pickup once cured).

When can I pick up my concrete pieces?

Concrete pieces are typically ready for pickup the following week. Pickup details will be shared during your class.

What is The Craft Club?

Craft Club is our membership-style creative series designed for those who want to make art consistently and build community. Each session runs for multiple weeks and features a curated lineup of different projects (such as leather, clay, painting, mixed media, and more).

Craft Club is about slowing down, trying new materials, and creating in a relaxed, supportive environment. It’s perfect for beginners and experienced makers alike - no prior experience needed.

Registration opens seasonally, and spots are limited. Details about upcoming sessions are shared on our website and Instagram.

Do you offer private parties or events?

Yes! We host private parties for birthdays, team events, bachelorettes, and more. Parties can be booked for groups of varying sizes and include a dedicated instructor and private studio time. Visit our Private Parties page for details and inquiries.

Is your studio BYOB?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own beverages and light snacks unless otherwise noted for a specific event.

What is your cancellation policy?

All class bookings are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, we recommend gifting your spot to a friend. For memberships or multi-class programs, policies may vary and will be outlined at registration.

How do I stay updated on new classes and events?

Q: Do you restock items that are sold out?

A: We create in small batches. Sign up to receive alerts for shop updates!

Q: Are your products hand-made or mass produced?

A: All of our items are handmade in New Jersey by founder, Rachel.

Q: Do you offer customization or personalization options?

A: We love hearing your ideas! Shoot us an email. If we can make it happen - we will!

A: All major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Order fulfillment begins immediately after orders are placed. Orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of orders being placed. Shipping times will vary between 1-4 business days.
