Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases, bookings, and participation with Ivy Mane LLC d/b/a Ivy Mane Studio (“Ivy Mane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including both physical products and in-person workshops and studio experiences.

By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or registering for any class or event, you agree to these Terms. Participation in workshops requires agreement to our Participant Waiver & Release of Liability, acknowledged at checkout.

1. Eligibility

By using our site or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Products (Concrete Home DĂ©cor & Retail Items)

Handmade Nature

All of our concrete products are handmade. Variations in color, texture, air bubbles, and finish are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for proper use and care of purchased items. Ivy Mane Studio is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.

Shipping

Once an order leaves our studio, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

3. Workshops, Classes & Studio Experiences

Registration & Payment

All workshops, classes, craft club sessions, open studio time, and private events must be booked in advance and paid in full unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Credits

  • Workshop registrations are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may be eligible for a credit toward a future class, subject to the cancellation policy stated at booking.

  • Ivy Mane Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Participation & Conduct

Participants are expected to follow all studio rules, safety instructions, and instructor guidance. Ivy Mane Studio reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves unsafely or disruptively, without refund.

4. Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Participation in any Ivy Mane Studio workshop or studio activity requires agreement to our Participant Waiver & Release of Liability, which is acknowledged electronically at checkout and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Creative activities may involve tools, materials, and processes that carry inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks.

5. Photography & Marketing

By attending a workshop or event, you consent to photography or video for marketing and promotional purposes unless you notify Ivy Mane Studio in writing prior to the event.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, workshop concepts, branding, and materials on this site are the property of Ivy Mane Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ivy Mane Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, participation in our services, or access to our website.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ivy Mane Studio, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of products, or failure to follow studio rules or instructions.

9. Electronic Agreements

By completing a purchase or booking online, you agree to the use of electronic records, agreements, and acknowledgments, including waiver acceptance via checkbox, which constitutes your legal consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
